Watercolor Illustrations
Beth Neely is a native of Arizona who graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art/Illustration. She has done watercolor illustrations for children’s books and for her own line of greeting cards for over twenty years.
Beth’s book illustrations include Don’t Call Me Pig! A Javelina’s Story written by Conrad Storad, which won the Arizona Book Publishers Association’s Glyph award for best art book and best children’s book of 1999. The book was also chosen by Governor Janet Napolitano as Arizona's first reader book of 2005 in which every first grader in the state of Arizona was given a copy to read and keep.
Through her whimsical and imaginative watercolor illustrations, Beth hopes to reflect her love of animals, children’s books, and for the versatile medium of watercolor itself.
