Connie Revnell
Artist Bio

Connie became interested in making jewelry about ten years ago. But working full time made it a stop-and-go hobby for years. When I retired three years ago, I realized it was time to pursue my art aspirations.
Since we moved to this incredibly beautiful location with a real appreciation for art, I decided to bring my art out into the world. And happily, my jewelry has been well received.
My favorite material is natural stone which has a very spiritual connection for me. There is so much to choose from, but I always hold the stones and only select those which feel as beautiful as they look. I also enjoy working with glass beads, particularly those which are hand-made.
Before moving here, I lived on the Oregon coast which had a huge art glass industry. I was fortunate to have been introduced to many fine glass artists who made incredible lampwork beads. I think the thing that makes me different from others that make jewelry is that every piece I make is one of a kind.
I approach every piece I make as a piece of art. Therefore, I'm not a prolific artist, but every piece I create is finished to my complete satisfaction and only then is it available for sale.
