Nikki Collins Acrylic Paint, Metal Work/Jewelry, and Crafting
My name is Nikki, and I live in Casa Grande Arizona with my husband and two little boys. I enjoy ghost hunting and firdancing when I'm not outside or creating.
I started crafting and drawing in grade school, it's always been my outlet and passion. I've worked with most mediums but right now I've been into acrylic paint, metal work/jewelry and crafting. I didn't realize my potential to get involved in the community until 2 years ago when I started selling my art at farmers' markets.
After turning 30 last July I reflected on myself and remembered a quote, "Life's too short to not create something with every breath we draw," and it really lit a fire in me. This last year I then started growing my business and I started school to become an art teacher.
I have been doing this craft for about 3 years and it's been the most rewarding thing I've ever done. I've enjoyed meeting people from the art community, vendor community and the mineral societies. I'm in love with art, every aspect and medium. It's a romance that grows in me every year.
