My name is Tina, and my art medium is resin. I am a mother of four with five grandchildren and have lived in Williams for more than 8 years. I retired after 20 years as a veterinary technician, and I needed something to expand my creative brain.
This year of COVID gave me the opportunity to branch out and start playing with epoxy resin crafts.
Resin is such a versatile crafting medium. I am always excited to see what the end result turns up. I started with turning resin-coated stainless steel tumblers. Watching the colors migrate and change during the turning is amazing. I enjoy the peaceful time creating my tumblers.
I also pour epoxy resin into molds. There are oodles of molds available for resin, the fun part is adding trinkets and color. Peeling the finished items out of the silicone is like opening presents at Christmas!
